Community Facilitator

I help facilitate healing in individuals and communities through music and group practices aimed at processing our pain for the world.

Using the work of buddhist scholar and systems theory elder Joanna Macy, I help individuals and communities heal in group settings, through a process of opening to gratitude, facing our pain for the world, seeing with new eyes, and going forth with a sense of groundedness and clarity. This work is good for activists who struggle with burnout, people who want to be more engaged in the world but feel paralyzed, and anyone else who feels the pain of being a human alive on this planet.

Since 2020, I’ve studied this work with a collection of incredible teachers, including Lydia Violet Harutoonian, Joanna Macy, Molly Brown, Constance Washburn, and Mutima Imani.

As with everything I do, music is a big part of the way I facilitate this work.
